RULES FOR PURCHASE OF GOODS

1. General provisions.
1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the acquisition and payment for goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store "Ofelyaboutique".
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.
1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having created a shopping cart in the online store, specified a delivery address, selected a payment method and familiarized himself with the Rules, clicks the "Buy" button.

2. Protection of personal data.
2.1. When ordering goods in the online store "Ofelyaboutique", the buyer must provide the data requested during the purchase: name, surname, address and e-mail address.
2.2. The buyer is responsible for providing correct data during the purchase.
2.3. By placing an order, the buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of executing the order. The buyer also agrees that information messages necessary for executing the order of goods will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the buyer.
2.4 The buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the buyer himself expresses his consent to this.
2.5 The seller undertakes not to disclose the buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by a competent state institution in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of TURKIYE or with the separate written consent of the buyer.

3. Buyer's rights and obligations.
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.
3.2 Provide complete, detailed and correct information in the payment form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the payment form, "Ofelyaboutique" has the right to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.
3.2. If the Buyer's data provided in the purchase form changes, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
3.3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement for goods, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Product Return Rules.
3.4. By placing an order in the online store "Ofelyaboutique", the Buyer agrees to these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and the legal acts of the Republic of TURKIYE.

4. Seller's rights and obligations.
4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store "Ofelyaboutique".
4.2. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the online store or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning limit, suspend or terminate the Buyer's ability to use the online store.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy to the Buyer's personal information specified in the purchase form and not to transfer it to third parties.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.5. The Seller, in the event of important circumstances, may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.6. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.
4.7 If the Buyer uses the services provided by "Ofelyaboutique" after these terms and conditions have been changed, it is considered that the Buyer has agreed to the change in the Rules.

5. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, terms.
5.1. The Buyer can make purchases online in the online store 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
5.2. Orders are accepted only through the online store "Ofelyaboutique".
5.4. All prices for goods in the online store are indicated in USD, excluding VAT, and in another currency, excluding VAT.
5.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. The shipment is prepared only after receiving payment for the goods.
5.6. If the Buyer fails to make payment within 2 calendar days, the order is canceled.

6. Delivery of goods.
6.1. The Buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to an inappropriate entity.
6.3. The Goods are sent to the Buyer within 7-14 business days from the confirmation of payment.
6.4. In all cases, the Seller is exempted from liability for failure to meet the delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
6.5. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unordered goods or an inappropriate
