Within a 14-day timeframe, Ofely Boutique accepts returns and exchanges. We are more than pleased to answer any queries on (534) 474-1616 or by email at email@example.com.
Within 14 days of the delivery or in-store pickup date of your purchases, you may return them. To earn an exchange or store credit, items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days.
To request the return, sign into your ofelyaboutique.com account.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the items are not returned from original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please be aware that from the date of arrival, processing returns may take 2–5 business days. We are not responsible for packages that are not shipped by us, therefore when shipping something back, please wrap it securely, seal it, and include the invoice in a suitable shipping box or envelope. Ofely Boutique does not offer return shipping labels. Your return packages must include the original invoice.
We will start processing your refund within 5 business days. 4 to 8 days after the refund request is made, it is anticipated that your refund will be credited to the account used to pay for your order. Please be aware that a number of external organisations, including banks, payment gateways, and external couriers (for checks), determine when the real account credit will be applied.
